What is LUXEON FX2?

LUXEON FX2 provides high luminance performance in a Chip Scale Package (CSP). The LUXEON FX2 allows for an advanced optical component design for innovative lighting combinations and stylish themes.

• The compact and robust design offers system design flexibility and makes it easier to integrate
• Low thermal resistance results in simplified thermal management and reduced overall system costs

Key Features:

• High drive current capability for increased flux performance
• High Tcase at 135°C
• Available in a two pad design that enables reliable interconnect with Al-IMS circuit boards
• Available in a three pad design with a dedicated thermal pad for superior thermal performance
• Increased flux range
• Binned at 85°C, consistent with automotive operational environments

Important Notes:

• All LUXEON FX2 products are AEC-Q102 qualified
